IEBRA is a rural barrel racing organization that impacts communities in Eastern Washington and Northwestern Idaho. IEBRA is driven by the desire to create an environment where our open horses can compete, our novice horses have a place to gain exposure, and our youth can learn valuable experience while competing in a fun environment against their peers. Our competitive season runs from February to November, with races scattered around the area.
